Best Actress Award - Chinese actress Gong Li (Curse of the Golden Flower) and Hong Kong actress Gillian Chung Yan-Tung (Simply Actor).

Best Actor Award - Lau Ching Wan (My Name Is Fame).

Best Director Award - Johnnie To (Exiled).

Best Picture Award - shared by Exiled, A Battle of Wits and After This Our Exile.

Best Supporting Actress Award - Zhou Xun (The Banquet).

Best Supporting Actor Award & Best New Performer Award - Ng King-To (After This Our Exile).
